Background A Ward Budget City Wide Fund of £100,000 was created utilising existing ward budget allocation to support organisations working across the whole city or in multiple ward areas. This fund compliments the ward funding allocated at individual ward level and offers the opportunity for groups and organisations working across the city to apply once to a central fund rather than apply to individual wards. This decision covers all wards as application was open to groups and organisations in all wards across the city.
